Insulated

It seems that i have become inert. Every where pongal celebrations are going on. All color kolams. I look at it. [ I am an expert in that art. ]. But now it has nothing to do with me. People move around in new dresses...right , people are moving...right...i just see them , but in no way it seems connected to me . I live in a world of mine , quite insulated and inert ...days pass by. that's all.

முன்பெல்லாம், நிறைவேற்றாத வாக்குறுதிகளை ''' தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதி போல் ''''என்று கேலி செய்வோம்.
இப்போது, முதல்வர் , எல்லா தேர்தல் வாக்குகளையும் நிறைவேற்றிக் கொண்டே வந்தால், சொன்ன சொல்லைக் காப்பாற்றாதவர்களை, கேலி செய்ய என்ன சொற்றடொரை உபயோகிப்பது ? என்ன ஆயிற்று இந்த முதல்வருக்கு. இந்திய அரசியல் அமைப்பு சட்டத்திற்கு புறம்பாக அல்ல நடக்கிறார்.

அதென்ன , முதல்வர் வார்த்தைக்கு இவ்வளவு மதிப்பு கூடிக் கொண்டே போகிறது ? சமத்துவ பொங்கல் என்று சொன்னாலும் சொன்னார். சர்ச்சில் பாதியார்கள் முதல் எலோரும் பொங்கல் வைக்க கிளம்பி விட்டனர்.........புது பழக்கமாக பட்டாசு வேறு. எப்படியோ மக்கள் சந்தோஷமாக இருந்தால் சரி.

Aha, what a wonderful picture. Truly Tamil.But the SOCKS " "SHOCKS " ".Instead of the school uniform, they could have worn the saree or half saree which would have made everything magnificent. Dr ...vs...Er

A doctor by name S.S. Ardhanari has lamented in a ' ' ' letter to Dhinamalar " that it's quite atrocious that Engineers who study for four years only are earning more than doctors who are studying for about six years.
Baffled is this simpleton karthikeyan.
Why should he ever compare the study period ?
Should doctors only earn in millions and others should get four digit salary only ?
This heart specialist wails that they have to pay rent and other expenses. Do they charge less? It's Rs.300 for a LONG SHOT and Rs. 500 for a close up.
Is any doctor poor? They own minimum two cars and a villa worth crores. If this doctor is reasonable he should think about the fact that not all doctors earn the same .There is high anomaly among themselves. One heart surgeon earns the highest where as his classmate [ course mate ] may be earning the least. For that matter, illiterates ,without high school study even , have become the business magnets. I can site two examples of "DEVI" theater owner and the Saravana bhavan Annachi.
If earning money is only the yardstick, what about our great scientists of ISRO who will be getting a simple salary for their mammoth task. What about our Forces who sacrifice their lives in their duty?
Dr, please ,i do honestly plead, not to compare on monitory terms. As you have pointed out in your letter , the corporate giants of hospitals may make treatment dearer, but as long as some good willed samaritan like you are there in the field, who will be willingly do free service, even the poor people will get good treatment..I am sure you will pledge an oath to serve the poor and prove that doctors are noble and service minded while 'these silly Engineers' only are running after money..
How crazy some people are?
