karthik had many innovative ideas which would have lifted his firm's graph and profit.so in the meetings which used to discuss strategies for improvement he used to putforth his ideas clearly and strongly.he was never afraid of anybody or anything.he was courageous and tackled any problem with a smile...that's what i have referred to here.
