Blind and Teacher job:
First I register my whole hearted sympathy to the visually challenged and its our social duty to help them.
But PLEASE at any cost do not give them the teacher job.
When I ( karthik amma ) was working as a teacher one blind man worked as a teacher. And what a hell of problems did we ( both students and teachers ) face.
He cannaot write on the board.
He cannot control the students.He used 4 students as monitors, who really did the spy job only and the class students had to obey those boys as otherwise they would get terrible beatings from the teacher.
and the high light is that he would force all the students to attend tuition.
அவர்களை நான் தவறாக சொல்லவில்லை இந்த ஆசிரியர் வேலை மட்டும் வேண்டாம்.
வேண்டவே  வேண்டாம்.
சாதாரணமாகவே  இந்த மாணவர்கள் பல தவறுகள் செய்வார்கள்.அப்படியிருக்க இந்த பார்வையில்லாதவர்கள்  எப்படி அவர்களை கண்காணிக்க முடியும்?
கரும்பலகையில்  எழுதி பாடம் நடத்தினாலே பாடம் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும்.
(கண்ணிருக்கும் எத்தனை பேர் எழுதி பாடம் நடத்துகிறார்கள்  என்று கேள்வி கேட்காதீர்கள் . சில கேள்விகளுக்கு பதில் தெரிந்திருந்தும்  பதில் சொல்ல முடியாது ).
அரசு அவர்களுக்கு கண்டிப்பாக வேலை தரட்டும்.
ஆனால் ஆசிரியர் வேலை மட்டும் தரவே வேண்டாம்.
